Heating element baskets of LUVO and GAVO type rotary preheaters

The range of manufactured products includes heating element baskets of "cold end" and "hot end" with various profiles of heating sheets and required thickness: NF element (corrugated sheets and flat sheets), DU element (corrugated and serrated sheets, serrated sheets), FNC element (corrugated sheets), perforated elements. The range of manufactured products includes also heating element baskets with heating sheets covered with ceramic coatings in the form of enamel used in preheaters exposed to difficult operating conditions, in particular in preheaters operating with flue gas denitrification systems (DeNOx SCR/SNCR plants), where the use of enamel coatings significantly extends the life expectancy of heating sheets and facilitates cleaning of heating elements. The frames of heating baskets and heating sheets with the height of 1,200 mm are produced from normal quality carbon steel, improved corrosion resistant steel (COR-TEN) acid resistant and other steel, depending on the requirements. Enteco Engineering Sp. z o.o. is also a manufacturer of heating elements (including the enameled ones) for rotary gas/gas reheaters (GAVO) used in FGDPs — flue gas desulfurization plants.

The elements consist of corrugated sheet and flat sheet arranged alternately and are usually applied in heating baskets at the cold end of a preheater.

The elements consist of corrugated and serrated sheet arranged alternately and serrated sheet applied in heating baskets at the cold and hot end of a preheater.

• FNC element

The elements consist of corrugated sheet arranged alternately, applied in heating baskets at the hot end of a preheater.

• Enameled heating elements



Used in preheaters exposed to hard operational conditions, especially in LUVO air preheaters operating in nitrogen oxide reduction plants (SCR/SNCR DeNOx plants) and GAVO reheaters applied in flue gas desulfurization plants (FGDP).
